Edinburgh Castle

One of the landmark that left me in awe during my Edinburgh short breaks is the looming, volcano perched Edinburgh castle. The castle is situated in the highest point of the city and boasts an excellent view of the whole surrounding areas. The castle is just similar to what I often see in medieval movies, the rocks bricks, the cannons and the ancient gate. Unlike many American hotels, Edinburgh hotel does not charge a ridiculous price. Of course there are plenty boutique hotels but most middle range hotels don’t charge a too pricey tag. Restaurants in Edinburgh offer plenty choices to food lover, the Leith and West End are both good places to look for eateries.
